Size      quarter size WILL vary by animal--we average a 170# hanging weight (take home will vary by cutting instructions)

Processing      our processor can cut based on standard or custom preferences.  call for current pricing.
Standard Cut     our processors standard cut will include approximately 40% hamburger, 25% steaks and 35% roasts and bone cuts                           
Custom Cut      our processor will call you to request your specific cutting instructions
Deposit      we request a $100 nonrefundable deposit per quarter to reserve
Reservations     we recommend calling 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability

Our son is a very picky eater. I did not tell my family that we were eating organic beef. He took one bite and said "This is the best burger ever!"
